Mapsia Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Mapsia ("the app"), published by Giorgi Chachibaia ("I", "me", "my"). By creating an account or submitting content in the app, you agree to these terms.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Mapsia has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Content or accounts that violate these terms may be removed without warning.

Allowed Content

• Public restroom locations and factual map details.
• Facility photos that help users identify real locations.
• Respectful and relevant comments about accessibility and conditions.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language.
• Sexual, explicit, or violent content.
• Spam, fake locations, misleading submissions, or impersonation.
• Any illegal content or activity.

Moderation and Filtering

Mapsia uses pre-publication moderation. New locations and edits are reviewed before publication. Reported content is also reviewed and may be removed.

Reporting and Blocking

Users can report (flag) map entries and block abusive contributors in the app. Blocking hides the blocked contributor's visible content from the blocking user's map and notifies the developer for review.

Response Time

Objectionable content reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content is removed and offending users may be ejected from the service.

Enforcement

I may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or harms the community.
